Weddings at Stella Mare's are a magical time for both the couple and their families. At Stella Mare's, we will work with you to make your vision for this special day come true. Let us help make your day a joyous celebration for everyone. Our experienced Event Coordinators will help guide you through the planning process and answer any questions along the way. We take all the stress off of you by clearly planning every detail ahead of time, so that on your wedding day you are free to enjoy, dance, and party with your guests.

Located in Santa Barbara, Stella Mare's is housed in a historic landmark Victorian home overlooking the Bird Refuge and the Santa Ynez mountains. This charming restaurant is host to wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners bridal showers, anniversaries, birthdays and holiday celebrations as well as corporate luncheons and dinners. Featuring delicious country French cuisine, versatile room settings and full service bar and outdoor terrace, the rooms can be used separately or combined for larger events. We accommodate private parties from 40 to 300 guests at our Stella Mare's Event Center, and from 10 to 50 guests at the Restaurant.

Stella Mare's began providing outstanding service and simple, quality Wine Country cuisine to Santa Barbara and Montecito locals at our beautiful Victorian home located across from the historic Bird Refuge. Through the years, Stella Mare's has continued to exceed expectations by consistently providing the highest quality food and exceptional service. Our beautiful private dining rooms and breathtaking Greenhouse have hosted unique venues for many celebrations and have become so popular that we have created another location exclusively for hosting these special events. The 3,500 square foot mountain view Events Center is a beautiful expression of the original Stella Mare's casual elegance and intimate atmosphere that has been enjoyed by many, through special events and memorable dining experience for years. This new ideal event location combines the style and decor of Stella Mare's restaurant with the versatility of a venue designed specifically to host a large variety of exclusive events.

Stella Mare's is perfect for those who crave a romantic ambiance that encourages the feeling of French countryside meets California impersonating the true flavor of France at prices that are reasonable and affordable. The Private Dining Room
An intimate room filled with unique artwork and antiques with windows overlooking the historic bird refuge.
Minimum for reservation: 8; Maximum capacity: 14

The Ocean Room and Terrace
A beautiful, private room opening onto an outdoor terrace, perfect for mingling and socializing with friends during a cocktail hour.
Minimum for exclusive reservation: 20; Maximum capacity: 30.

The Greenhouse
This spectacular glass enclosed room creates the perfect romantic ambiance for any event with its custom built bar, fireplace, cozy couches, and views of the bird refuge. Minimum for exclusive reservation: 30; Maximum capacity: 50.

This unique Events Center is the perfect venue for any event, with the flexibility of accommodating groups of 30 to 300 for events ranging from weddings and cocktail parties, intimate family gatherings to corporate seminars. The elegance is captured within three dining rooms surrounded by French doors and windows, two custom-built bars and a beautiful outdoor terrace and patio overlooking the breathtaking mountains and picturesque bougainvillea, giving it the feel of a cozy home, not a standard banquet facility.
