Maravilla Gardens' sprawling and enchanting park-like setting with beautiful cultivated gardens is an ideal garden wedding venue for those seeking a romantic garden wedding ceremony and reception. Conveniently located in Camarillo just four miles off the 101 Freeway, Maravilla Gardens is easy to get to and offers ample parking.

This expansive event space is a family owned and operated wedding venue and home to Jo and Tony Maravilla. When their daughter was married at home in 1992, it planted the seed to create Maravilla Gardens. Tony and Jo's breathtaking garden gives them the opportunity to share their love of nature and the beauty of the Santa Rosa Valley with others. Designed and built as a family garden, every detail has been thought out to make your wedding the event you've always dreamed of.

Maravilla Gardens features several interesting areas that provide plenty of room for your wedding guests to move and mingle. The entrance is called Fountain Green where guests are greeted by a pair of doves cooing from an aviary nestled in foliage. Here your guests will see and hear the soothing sounds of the beautiful water fountain as well as the miniature putting green complete with golf clubs and balls to serve as a pre-ceremony ice-breaker! Meanwhile, ushers leisurely escort guests to the Dove Courtyard to await the start of the ceremony. This lovely spacious grassy area is defined by fragrant roses on one side and lush foliage and shrubbery on the other. The main focus, however, is an elevated demi-lune stage in creamy stone that curves outwards toward the bluff's edge. At the center stands an iron archway, abloom with your florist's enhancements. You and your groom will have a romantic ceremony as you exchange vows and your love for each other in front of spectacular panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Valley.

After the ceremony you have access to any part of the property for picture perfect photo-ops while your guests stroll to the Woodland, a shady area accented by flower gardens and trees. Here they can partake in refreshments and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, including butterflies and chirping birds. This is a marvelous area for drinks, hors d'oeuvres and mingling before the reception.

Next, you and your new husband lead the way to the reception on Mountainview Terrace, a sweeping lawn with decorative lights and a lovely built-in dance floor where you and your guests can dance the night away under the twinkling stars. With this delightful romantic setting, your guests will be talking about your special day for years to come.

FEES & DEPOSITS
A $3,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event. Rental fees start at $3,500 plus $5/guest for Saturday events. Flexible wedding packages start at $52/person. Tax and a 15% service charge are additional.
