BEACH CEREMONY

Our facility is one of the only venues in Ventura County where you can have your ceremony on the beach overlooking the shimmering blue Pacific Ocean. Our entire venue is right next to the ocean, and almost every ceremony here takes place seaside on the Presidential Lawn which is on a wide semicircle of grass that slopes gently down to the sand.

GARDEN CEREMONY
If you prefer a garden ceremony, have your ceremony in our Waterfall Garden Courtyard which is accented with colorful flowers, lush foliage and palm trees. This truly romantic space has a waterfall and splendid scenery. Although the ocean is not visible from this setting, the tranquil sounds of the waterfall will make the perfect backdrop for your garden wedding. Our beautiful Garden Courtyard is the perfect setting to capture those memories that will be cherished for years to come.

BALLROOM RECEPTIONS
Two elegant ballrooms are available for your wedding or special event. Wedding receptions are usually held in either the Embassy Ballroom upstairs or the larger Mandalay Ballroom on the ground floor. Both ballrooms are decorated in contemporary elegance with tropical colors and lovely wrought iron chandeliers. The space includes an outdoor terrace where guests can mingle and enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, making it the perfect ambiance for your most memorable day.

If you’re planning a small reception or rehearsal dinner, reserve Capistrano’s, the Embassy Suites’ award-winning restaurant. This space reflects the resort’s Spanish-Mediterranean style better than any other; an arcaded courtyard, it has a terracotta flagstone floor, 50-foot ceiling, and windows all around the top with tiny balconies and wrought-iron railings. Thanks to all the light pouring in, the giant potted ficus trees are thriving, as are the lush pothos vines flowing out of the fountain in the restaurant’s center. At the entrance to Capistrano’s, the semiprivate Wine Room (named for the wine bottles that line its walls), is also available for intimate dinners.

FEES & DEPOSITS
A $3,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. The final balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Wedding packages range from $53 - $109/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.

AVAILABILITY
Year-round, daily from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Inquire about special discounts for weddings held on either Friday or Sunday.
