You may choose from a variety of romantic settings. Our banquet and conference center offers the ideal setting for banquets and weddings, meetings and seminars. Choose from the Posada Royale Grand Ballroom, the Club Royale Room with its cozy fireplace and French doors, and our serene outdoor Garden Courtyard with its sparkling waterfall. The Garden Courtyard offers a unique setting for wedding ceremonies and includes an archway, chairs and white runner. From your walk down the aisle to the final farewell, we ensure every detail on the most important day of your life is everything you’ve dreamed of.

Our expert Wedding Coordinator will listen to your wedding needs and wants, and help create the wedding of your dreams. She will also be with you the day of your wedding, organizing and overseeing every detail. CATERING

Our Executive Chef and his team will create personalized menus that will accommodate all of your guests' requirements. Your menu will be a perfect fit because it's custom made for you, just the way you imagined it. Or if you are working on a budget, please let us know. We are more than happy to create a menu that will fit your budget.

BLOCKED ROOMS

Best Western Posada Royale will also cater to all your guests who stay at the hotel. We offer Group rates, perfect for your out-of-town guests to congregate and enjoy a family reunion as well as celebration of your wedding. We have 120 deluxe guest rooms and suites available for your guests, and the hotel offers a complimentary Continental breakfast buffet each morning. We will be happy to supply you with reservation forms to include in your invitations.

Is one day of absolute perfection too much to ask? We don't think so. The Best Western Posada Royale is a perfect location for renewing your wedding vows and/or wedding receptions. We are also available for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, out of town guest accommodations and much more! Whether you are looking for a wedding site, special occasion location, or a professional meeting, our professional and enthusiastic staff will assist you in making sure your event is a memorable one.

FEES & DEPOSITS
A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is payable 60 days prior to the event. Wedding packages range from $57 - $72/person and include use of the property, valet parking, catering, 4 1/2 hours of beverage service, catering staff and bartender, linens, tableware and event coordination. Tax and a 17% service charge are additional.
