CiscosCatering By Linda provides catering services for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and any special occasion. During the special event planning, our culinary specialists will help you pick a catering menu appropriate for your special occasion.  In your house, at your office or at a location near you, we cater over a large area in the Conejo Valley and beyond.  We work with several other facilities to provide you the right location for your event.

Served with your choice of a salad, fresh rolls, foccacio and garlic bread red roasted potatoes, scalloped potatoes, smashed red potatoes with butter, garlic mashed potatoes, rice pilaf and fresh seasonal vegetables

Chicken Marsala - Boneless chicken breast pounded and prepared in butter with mushrooms, green onions, dry marsala wine, chicken stock and garlic

Chicken Picate - Boneless chicken breast pounded and sautéed in butter, lemon, white wine, topped with capers and lemon slices

Chicken Parmesan - Boneless chicken breast - seasoned and then breaded with parmesan cheese, garlic, fresh parsley, baked and basted with fresh butter

Tequila Lime Chicken - Boneless chicken breast marinated in tequila, lime juice, garlic, chili powder and jalapeno peppers. Grilled and served over a bed of Spanish rice, homemade guacamole and tortillas

Marinated and grilled served with a creamy horseradish sauce and BBQ sauce.

Additional Information

  • Servers are $20 per hour per server

  • Bartenders are $20 per hour per bartender

  • Gratuities are at the clients discretion and kindly accepted by your server

  • If no server is needed, we can do a complete set up in your home with the food delivered in chafing dishes, all necessary set up

  • Complete clean up and pick up the following day for an additional $40.00 fee

  • All chafing dishes, serving utensils, platters, sternos and baskets provided at no additional cost when catering

  • Disposable eating utensils, napkins and plates are available for $1.00 per person

  • We do not provide tables, table linens, china, glassware, silver ware or floral arrangements

Payment Policies

The final head count is due 24 hours prior to the event. Payment is due prior to the event by credit card, check or cash.


 

 

English Tea Luncheons

$19.95 per person

  • Summer salad with baby European greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, feta cheese. Served with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

  • Chilled asparagus with lemon and fresh thyme (or Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto)

  • Date nut and poppy seed breads

  • Fresh fruit display with watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, grapes and seasonal berries garnished with fresh mint

    The classic English tea sandwich with white bread, dill butter, sliced English cucumbers, and peppery watercress greens
  • Curried egg salad with thinly sliced radishes served on wheat bread

  • Goat cheese with watercress greens on rye bread, one side dipped in finely chopped chives

  • Lox with a sweet onion cream cheese and capers on rye bread, topped with fresh dill

  • Sesame crusted chicken salad on wheat bread with fresh chives

  • Soft mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, sliced tomato, sweet onion, and a garlic herb spread on wheat and white breads (three layer)
