Envision your guests gathered on a swath of lush lawn adjacent to the swimming pool, awaiting the appearance of the bride. At last, you begin the walk down the aisle alongside a waterfall cascading over rocks into a placid pond, meeting your groom at an ivy-covered gazebo under the protective shade of lofty evergreens. What a perfect place for an exchange of vows or taking romantic photos! Cocktails and even receptions can be enjoyed right in the garden, too.

After the ceremony, your guests will move indoors to The Grand Foyer which is located adjacent to the Grand Ballroom. This is a light and airy spot where guests can mingle and enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres and cocktails before the reception.

When it’s time for the reception, you and your guests will enter the beautiful Grand Ballroom which reflects the same attention to detail as the rest of the Hyatt. Large beveled mirrors framed in oak overlaid with an ornate iron design, and a coordinating cornice around the Ballroom’s perimeter lend the room an air of distinction. Alabaster dome-shaped lighting fixtures with faux candles hang from the recessed ceiling, and the vibrant shades of blue and gold in the carpet add to the room’s inviting atmosphere.

We offer exceptional delicious cuisine and any of our menus can be customized to your own particular tastes. We offer a variety of delicious menu selections from grilled chicken, sea bass and filet mignon, as well as many other choices, including appetizers, fresh salads, fruit and vegetable displays, and mouth-watering desserts. And we can accommodate any special requests to suit your personal style and taste.

We also cater to a variety of diverse and ethnic cultures, specializing in Indian and Kosher events. For Indian and Kosher weddings, our catering experts will work with your outside caterer to create a diverse and authentic a regional Indian or Kosher menu. Our experienced wedding professionals are well-versed in the various traditions of your culture and will provide you with the utmost attention to every detail to plan your dream wedding

FEES AND DEPOSITS
A deposit in the amount of 25% of the estimated event total is required to reserve your date with the remaining balance due 10 days prior to your event. Wedding packages include cocktail reception, choice of meal, wine with dinner, champagne toast, cake cutting and a complimentary guestroom for the bride and groom. Package prices start at $83.50/person. Meals only (without package) start at $54.00/person. All charges are exclusive of tax and service charge.

Other options for your event include, but are not limited to, chair covers, chargers, audio visual and lighting. Call for details.
